Our flagship iPodia course ISE/AME 545 Principles and Practices of Global Innovations is available to USC undergraduate and graduate students from all USC majors and schools as a 4-unit elective course. The course emphasizes the importance of cross-cultural interactions in developing innovative products and business ideas in our rapidly globalizing world. It will be taught by Dr. Stephen Lu, Professor of Industrial Systems Engineering and Computer Science, Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering at USC.
In the course, you will:

  • Attend lectures that use videoconferencing technology to facilitate live interactions with classmates around the world.
  • Participate in global virtual teams to exchange perspectives and work collaboratively for innovative projects.

The course will generally offer two sections on Tuesdays mornings, 8:00-10:00 am PT and Tuesday evenings, 4:00- 6:00 pm PT.
